Problem with this game is the online is just as broke as on MW2....

Seems the further we go with online play the more games stuggle (instead of improving)

Matchmaking is dire.

Hit detection is very very bad.

And a side note for single player: Its poor..... after killing enemies that look exactly the same I realise the devs are lazy bastards
dont get that on 360 except the matchmaking has taken a hit because of ea server problems. everything else is fine about it.

all platforms are affected by the server problems chris there many complaining about it , maybe you haven't noticed because your doing your sniper thing and only have to upload one shot to the servers

Not to worry ea have promised a fix and more servers to handle the demand they go offline at 8am for tweaks at least its only minor server problems that can be easily fixed without patche

I play hardcore and don't notice a problem with hit detection.

The bit thats FUCKING me off though, is when I am having an AMAZING game and bagging the points, the screen goes black and says 'Connection Failure'

Why don't they sort this shit out? Why do ALL games have to have this sort of problem? I hope they are sorting this shit out, or I will be heading back to MW2!!!

Strange thing about all these online issues is time...

MW2 and BCFC2 Come at a age where online is now the done thing. Resistance came along reletively new and none of these issues

Not the point.

The point is at this stage we should not be seeing these problems on any multiplayer. Question is how hard is it to conquer ?

Reports say that MAG has none of these issues online. Other games get it right also, why so many big games have these issues is beyond me

its quite simple really. popularity. the games are so popular that loads of people try to play them at once causing issues. the games you mention didnt have these issues simply because not as many people are playing them.

Resistance .....

It was the only game at the time worth playing online

not as packed as you think tho. for starters the servers were split to usa, europe, asia etc.... was only a later patch that brought everyone together. i doubt there was even 2 million ps3s in europe at the time of resistance let alone people playing it simultaniously.
